We provide a holistic approach to care, addressing the physical, spiritual and emotional needs of our residents. With ample space and the latest equipment, Windcrest Nursing and Rehabilitation can meet the need for short term rehabilitation so a resident can quickly return to home or for more complex rehabilitation and care. Our services include physical, occupational and speech therapy programs, social services and a full daily activity program, among others. A variety of living arrangements are offered including private and semi-private rooms, adaptive bathing facilities and daily housekeeping and laundry services.

Our full time Life Enrichment Director works with each resident to provide healthy and fun activities with lots of variety. An on-site non-denominational chaplain provides spiritual care to our residents and their families.

We understand the importance of variety in meals and offer an a la carte dining program that allows residents to order from a menu, making their choice from an array of delicious entrees and side dishes.

Several payment options are available, including Medicare Part A and B, private insurance, Medicaid, respite care programs, participating HMOs and private pay.
